Mango Ice Cream

Ingredients:
Chilled condensed milk 1 tin
Fresh cream whipped 12 ounces
Mango puree 1 ½ cup

Directions:
1. Beat cream till thickens.

2. Mix with mango puree and condensed milk. Chill overnight till firm.

Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients:
1 quart Half & Half
2½ tsp Vanilla extract
1¼ cups Condensed Milk

Directions:
1. Beat half and half, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until combined.

2. Freeze for 2 hours.

3. Beat on medium speed for 30 seconds.

4. Freeze for additional 4 hours or until firm.

Coffee Icecream

Ingredients:
1/2 liter milk
400 grams whipping cream
150 grams sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
1 tablespoon coffee
2 tablespoon corn flour
3 whole egg

Directions:
1. Cook milk leaving a little aside.

2. Make a mixture of eggs & sugar in the left over milk.

3. Boil the milk & slowly add the mixture of eggs & stir continously & remove the pan from the stove.

4. Now allow it to cool for some time & then fold the whiped cream into it & also add the vanilla essence & the coffee.

5. Now ice cream is prepared use an icecream machine or set it in the freezer & before serving sprinkle some coffee powder on it.
