The overachievers

The overachievers

According to psychologist John Elliot, people should train for mediocrity and aim to finish it. People never put their real potential into play. Follow the rules and buy these prescriptions:

1: Relax

2: Set goals

3: Visualize

Remember when you were successful and praise worthy. That brings the state of overachievement, where achieving goals is not good enough. It is possible to bring it about regularly. The overachievers never think normally, rationally and sensibly.

These are the traits and habits of people who excel in life.

1: Making lists

The overachievers are great list makers and after they finish a task, they enjoy being productive. The same can’t be said about people making sticky notes.

2: Clean and organized

Their desk is clean and organized and likes to keep everything in order.

3: When closes a door, he opens a window

The overachievers know that their life is about making tough choices and give one thing up to gain the other.

4: Weaknesses they possess

They do have strength and have confidence in them. They have some weaknesses, which doesn’t keep them on back foot. It is a strong point for a company.

5: Mentoring is religion

They have taken loads of mentoring and seek them. The overachievers know that top sportsmen have coaches. Man in dependent and needs help. Someone needs to push.

6: Blogs replaces books

The book industry bites dust as people now share their thoughts on their own blogs. It could be a setback for the book industry.

7: Nice guys finish last

They take gym seriously and religiously. A healthy body has a healthy mind. Having a healthy body makes up for a confident individual.

8: They start everything

They are always at the forefront of initiating projects and tasks. They have ego and confidence, which takes them to next level of responsibility. They finish it.

9: Time is money

They want people to divulge their feelings towards them. Most of the time that’s the reason. There are two choices to take on. Either a person can become an overachiever or hate them. It is better to be inspired.

10: Aims and objectives

They are crazy about achieving their goals and rabid about them. For life’s goals, they have a list. Most of the stuff includes being rich and adventurous. Stepping out of comfort zone is important.

11: I love myself

They have an award mania and they love themselves. They keep score for themselves. They compete with themselves.

12: They make new friends

A human companion is much better than food drugs and alcohol. Create friendships and get involved. Also, they take part in new activities and make healthy minded friends.

13: Forgiving yourself

They forgive themselves for making mistakes and work on improving themselves. Doing this perfects them every day for the rest of their lives.

14: Telling a secret

For divulging secrets, they find someone, who survived it all and relate their experiences. No matter what the secret is, people have been there.
