14: After the Windows 8 has completed downloading, then it will show a tutorial about how to open the charm bar by touch screen or a mouse.

15: So, the overall experience is a bit helpful and spoon feeding.

16: After, the short tutorial has played over the screen will switch between many diverse colors and show you different color schemes.

17: Who ever has the account can view the tutorial and after they log in.
