The next groundbreaking and revolutionary Smartphone from the house of Apple is out. It is the sixth Smartphone in the list, but it is still named iPhone 5.

There were unlimited rumors regarding the iPhone 5 about its LTE networks, longer screen and a connector which was being revamped. Now, the iPhone 5 is finally here, let’s spill the beans.

The features offered

1: As we had anticipated, the iPhone 5 is quite thin. Better yet, it is 18 percent more thin than the iPhone 4S. So, the ratio is 0.30 inch: 0.37 inch. It is also 20 percent more light and has a weight of 3.95 ounces.

2: The retina display has also increased from 3.5 inches to 4 inches. The resolution is still the same as it was 326 pixels per inch. The aspect ratio is 16:9 and the total pixel count reaches 1136*640.

3: Now, the user has a fifth row of icons on the home screen. It means that the number of home screens is reduced. There is a five day week view on the calendar and the calendar will also display events. All of the iWork applications will be taking benefit of the larger display.

4: The third party applications haven’t really been updated yet, so you will notice blackish borders on the sides. Apple Corporation has also promised the wide screen movies will be much more entertaining as the iPhone 5 has 44 percent more color saturation as compared to iPhone 4S.

5: The touch sensors are built in the display already and it is 30 times thinner and also less vulnerable to glare.

6: A design flaw has been fixed in the iPhone 5, which was first seen in iPhone 4. The glass back was replaced with the metal one. So, many people had cracked open the iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S. It was dropped accidently and it cracked opened. But, that is not an earth shattering drawback and doesn’t toy with the revolutionary iPhone.

7: It has been seen as a positive improvement in the iPhone structure. The metallic return reminds one of the original iPhone, which was clean cut and looks like iPad.

8: The iPhone 5 is very light to hold as it is 20 percent lighter. When you will pick it up, you will notice the difference yourself. The iPhone 4 was dense as compared to iPhone 5, which is feathery and breezy.

9: The screen of the iPhone 5 is quite crisp and bright and the user experience is amplified and multiplied. The iPhone 5 sure does live up to its hype as it has a good feel.

The LTE feature

This was highly anticipated and now it is a reality. The iPhone 5 will be supporting the 4G LTE networks. Also, the GPRS, EV-DO, HSPA and EDGE data networks are supported already.

LTE has one chip for both data and voice. It has one chip for radio chip and a terrific dynamic antenna which alternates the connections between networks itself.
