Terrific iPad Applications

9 September 2012 No Comment

In this article, we will be examining non stop applications for the iPad tablet from the house of Apple.

1: Granimator for iPad

There are dozens of wallpaper applications lying around in the Apple store, which are quite boring and do not offer anything interesting. The granimator is an application, which is an art tool. Just pick a background and spray shapes all around. The compositions can be enhanced and beautified by dragging objects. You can share these photos to Flickr, facebook, twitter and photobucket.

2: Soundrop for iPad (universal)

The soundrop is just a sound toy which provides an endless array of stream of balls and they are noisy as hell. When they collide, they bounce off user drawn lines. The net effect is fun and interactive to say the least. For advanced and high level features, save the multiple instruments and adjust gravity.

3: eBay for iPad

After using eBay in the iPad, you will never use eBay on any other device; that is my promise. It is efficient and fast like hell. It showcases the pictures and text beautifully in the main screen. The application also makes use of drag based definition and quick fire sorting price ranging.

4: Wikipanion for iPad

The Wikipedia website works fine in Safari for iPad, but dedicated apps make navigating the site simpler and faster. There are Simplepedia as well as Wikipanion applications, in which the latter takes the lead. It is efficient and has two pane landscape view. It has history access and bookmarking features too.

5: Twitterific for iPad (universal)

The twitterrific application is for the iPad tablet.  The developers have made it complicated. It was also available on iPhone. So, on iPad, it is simpler and easier to use. Now, it is very usable and good looking. Multiple account functionality is also possible with IAP.

6: Reuter News for iPad

The BBC news application took some time while reaching the United Kingdom and in that space of time, the Reuters had their application ready for the iPad tablet called the Reuters News Pro. It is still a little bit America centric. But it can be worked in the United Kingdom by going into the settings. It is better than the BBC News application.

But that doesn’t mean that you can use the good of both worlds, so why not download the BBC News application too.

7: PCalc Lite for iPad (universal)

The iPad has a calculator application and that is PCalc Lite. Even the calculator in iPhone should be replaced with PCalc Lite. The application is terrific and rich with features. If more is less, than the in application purchasing will let you buy some additional features or buy a full version of PCalc.

8: WordPress for iPad (universal)

This is the official WordPress application which is a bit clunky, but all the same, it helps in posting blogs on the move. You can edit, write and manage comments on your blog. It provides text and visual approach for posting blogs. HTML is optional in this case.
