Samsung Galaxy S III

The Samsung Galaxy S III boasts of the Android operating system. It consists of a 4.8 inch super AMOLED HD screen. Furthermore, it also contains numerous appetizing and delicious applications, which leaves Apple’s applications far behind. So, the question, is Samsung Galaxy S III, the best Smartphone yet?

Samsung made it a point to release the master Smartphone in a glamorous and luxurious event at London. Before Samsung Galaxy S III was launched, there were ten million orders already booked.

Another question is that, is Samsung Galaxy S III worth spending your hard earned money on?

According to the tech giant Samsung, Samsung Galaxy S III is inspired by nature and it responds like a living creature as it allows you to share the most prized moments of your life.

Samsung is not exaggerating, when it says this because the second you hold the Smartphone, it reminds one of nature.

Technical specifications

The dimension of Samsung Galaxy S III is 136.6*8.6 mm, but still it comes in a 4.8 inch AMOLED screen. The exterior is made up of marble white and pebble blue.

Samsung Galaxy S III is very light and sleek. The plastic feeling it gives is discouraging though. It weighs only 133 grams.

But do remember, that Samsung Galaxy S III is not a cheap Smartphone. It has a solid Gorilla glass 2 front. The interior is well packaged and the battery cover is quite robust.

The design is more rounded in nature and the Smartphone is made up of polycarbonate, not standard plastic.

The HTC One X is only three grams lighter than Samsung Galaxy S III. But the weight is the only factor in which Samsung Galaxy S III lags behind HTC One X.

The pebble blue color is more beautiful than marble white. The marble white was also available in Galaxy mini and looks cheap sometimes.

The Samsung Galaxy S III has more in common with Samsung Galaxy S, as it has curved edges in it. The home button is longer than before. The menu and back buttons are the same. It borrows less from Samsung Galaxy S II.

Also, it reminds one of Samsung Galaxy Nexus. It has rounded edges and HD screen, which amplifies its class to no end. The button design has been well thought of, as the Smartphone is large. The lock button is on the right side. It is more accessible this way.

Also, the Samsung Galaxy S III has lozenge shaped button. The menu and back button are soft to touch. This is great for the Smartphone’s selling point. So, there is no need looking for the on screen icon.

The volume button runs parallel to the lock key on the left side and it’s within reach of the user.

Samsung Galaxy S III has made great inroads at becoming the best Smartphone yet.

At the bottom of the Smartphone, there is micro SD USB slot. The battery cover is made up of polycarbonate material and so is the rest of the Smartphone. The battery cover is de attachable.

You can switch battery in and out. Also, in addition to micro USB slot, a micro SD slot is provided with the micro SIM port.
