Cabbage Salad

Cabbage Salad

1/2 tsp. of Sugar
1/2 cup of Cilantro (Hara Dhania) (chopped)
1/2 cup of Roasted Peanuts (Moum Phali) (crushed)
1 Green Chilli (Hari Mirch) (chopped)
2 cups of Carrots (shredded)
2 cups of Cabbage (Phool Gobhi) (thinly shredded)
Salt (to taste)
Lemon Juice (Nimbu Arkh) (to taste)
1/4 cup of Peanut Oil (Moum Phali Tail)

1. Combine and mix together well the cabbage, carrots, green chilli, peanuts, cilantro, sugar and peanut oil.
2. Before serving, add salt and lemon juice to taste.
