Chicken boneless 500 g
Garlic ginger paste 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 2
Crushed red pepper 2 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil as required
Coal piece 1
Capsicum as preferred
Onion rings as preferred
Garlic 3-4 clove
Onion (chopped) 1/2
Ketchup 1 bowl
Chilli sauce 2 – 2 1/2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Origano 1/4 tsp
Plain flour 2 1/2 cup
Butter 3 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Luke warm water 1/2 small bowl
Sugar 2 tsp
Yeast 2 tsp
Add red pepper, salt and garlic-ginger paste in chicken.
Also add lemon juice and garam masala.
Mix all these things well.
Add some oil in a pan, add chicken in it and cook it well.
Heat a coal piece on the flame.
Place the coal in the chicken pan for a while.
Cover the lid to give an aroma of coal.
Mix sugar and yeast in water.
Cover the yeast mixture and leave for a while.
Mix plain flour, butter and salt well.
Now make a small hole in center of the batter.
Add sugar-mixed water in the hole.
Now add the yeast mixture and mix the flour well.
Knead it and apply some oil on it and the bowl.
Then leave it for 2 hours.
Knead again and leave for 3-4 hours.
Make a round shape bread with rolling pin.
Place in the pizza pan.
Take some oil in a pan.
Saute the garlic and onion in oil one after the other.
Add tomatoes and saute them too.
Do not brown or soften the ingredients too much.
Add ketchup, chilli sauce, salt and sugar.
Also add origano in it and mix well.
Cook it for a while, be careful not to overcook.
Spread the sauce on the dough.
Spread grated mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese on it.
Now add chicken, onion rings and capsicum on it.
Sprinkle the cheese again and then sprinkle origano.
Place in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 22 minutes.

Cooking time: 20-25 minutes
Serves: 1 large pizza
