Beef Tikka

Ingredients:
2 tbs yogurt
1/2 kilo cubes of beef
Salt according to taste
1/2 tsp garlic paste
1/2 tsp ginger paste
2 tbs unripe papaya (grinded)
1 tsp chili powder or 1tbs chopped green chilies

Directions:
1. Mix together all the spices and yogurt and papaya and coat the beef cubes with it.

2. Leave to marinate for 5-6 hours preferably overnight.

3. Then barbeque over charcoal.
